Prepare the mexican rice according to package directions. Heat the refried
beans till warm. If possible warm the tortilla for about 15 seconds on high heat in the
microwave. Layer the tortilla starting with spreading the beans, rice, cheese, onion,
tomato and cabbage. Roll or fold.
Garnish with salsa if desired.
Notes : Very tasty alternative to the meat version. Serve with fat free chips and salsa.
