cups turkey breast -- cooked and diced
2 cloves garlic -- minced
2 Tbs. margarine, imitation
1 1/4 cups evaporated skim milk
2 Tbs. basil -- dried
4 dashes cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

cup pasta -- cook as directed - Your choice (I prefer Penne)
In a pot blend the evaporated skim milk, basil, garlic, margarine and pepper, bring
to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring often.
Blend the cornstarch and water to make a paste and pour into the milk mixture to
thicken. Add the turkey to the pasta, and stir in the milk mixture. Blend
well, and add the parmesan, toss thoroughly.
Notes : Creamy and rich......don't call this diet food!
