Serving Size:   4     

1   tablespoon   lemon juice
   1   cup   chopped red bell pepper
   2    cups   broccoli florets
   1   cup    sliced mushrooms
  28   ounces  lowfat  spaghetti sauce -  garlic flavored
     1/2   cup  chopped onion
  16    ounces    shrimp -- fresh or frozen   (cleaned)
  12   ounces   pasta - dry -Angel hair pasta  preferably
    


  Cook and drain the pasta as directed on package.  In a large skillet coated with a non-stick spray, heat the lemon juice and a bit of white wine.  Stir-fry the peppers, carrots, and onions over a medium-high heat until crisp-tender.  Add the broccoli, mushrooms, and shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.  Stir in the spaghetti sauce and heat through (about 1-2 minutes).  Spoon the sauce over the pasta and serve.  

 

Serving Ideas : Serve with Crispy, Crunchy Garlic Bread

Notes :  I love garlic, shrimp and pasta......this gives me it all, plus some!
