   1 1/2  pounds   tomatoes -- vine-ripe seeded and chopped coarse
     1/2  cup  onion -- chopped fine
   2    scallions -- chopped fine
   4   cloves   garlic -- minced  
    1/4  cup  fresh parsley -- chopped fine

   1  tablespoon fresh lemon juice  
  2   dashes   Tabasco sauce
 
    1/2  teaspoon  salt  


In a bowl, stir all the ingredients together.  Can be made 2 hours ahead, chilled and covered.  Makes about 3 cups.



  Serving Ideas : We liked this with chips or served over any meat

Notes :   Tomatoes, tomatoes...I just love those tomatoes!  This salsa is fresh, zesty, zingy and wow!
