
Serves: 12
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1 ounce gorgonzola or blue cheese - crumbled
4 ounces lowfat cheddar cheese - shredded
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 cup canned whole cranberries
3 tablespoon brandy
In a blender or food processor, put all the ingredients in except for the cranberries and
brandy. Blend well.
Form the cheese into a round ball shape on serving plate, cover and chill for at least 2
hours.
Before serving, mix the cranberries and brandy, then pour over the cheese ball.
Notes: A perfect appetizer for any
party or pot luck.
