Serving Size: 2
8
ounces top round steak -- sliced very thin
2 cups broccoli
florets
1/2 pound snow peas
6 1/2 ounces water chestnuts --
sliced
1 package
teriyaki marinade mix
4 ounces dry pasta -- prepared as directed on package
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
A few hours before hand, prepare the Teriyaki marinade and marinate the beef for
about 2-4 hours. Do not discard the marinade afterwards. In a wok or a hot
skillet (try to avoid using a non-stick skillet), spray coat with a non-stick spray, stir
fry the beef till just pink; remove and cover to keep warm. Add some more soy
sauce and water to stir fry the vegetables. Stir fry the vegetables till
crunchy-cooked. In another small pot heat the remaining marinade and blend
the cornstarch and water, use this to thicken the marinade to your
preference. Mix all the vegetables and beef together, blend in the marinade
mixture. Spoon over hot noodles; mix and serve immediately.
