ounces ground turkey breast
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 package taco seasoning mix
8 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese, --
shredded
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 head lettuce, --
chopped or shredded
2 medium tomatoes -- diced
1 large onion, -- diced
4 ounces baked tortilla chips, lightly crushed
Brown the turkey breast in a nonstick spray coated pan. Add the tomato sauce and
seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes, you may need to add some water a bit at a time for
your preferred thickness. Build a layer starting with 1/4 of the baked tortilla
chips, lettuce, the turkey mixture, onions, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
Notes : This is great when you want something
different, but light, and not another one of those salads.
