Serving Size:   4

1 pound dry pasta  - bowtie or farfalle pasta -- cooked Al Dante  (slightly firm)
1   whole   chicken breast, no skin, no bone -- boiled in water till cooked, then cool, and diced
   8   large   mushroom -- sliced
   2   cups frozen peas
1   can   cream of mushroom soup 98% fat free
   1  cup  fat-free sour cream
    1/2  cup  skim milk

    1/2  cup  chicken broth
6 fresh garlic cloves - peeled, crushed and minced
1  tablespoon  parsley -- dry

  1    tablespoon  tarragon -- dry

    1/2  teaspoon   seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 375°.   In a pan spray with nonstick spray and saute mushrooms until brown.  Add the garlic and stir fry for about 2 minutes...do not let get brown.  Mix all  ingredients except noodles and chicken together until mixed, and then mix in chicken and noodles.  Place in a lightly spray coated baking dish.  Bake for about 30 minutes.  Serve immediately.

Notes :  This actually makes a nice,  light romantic dinner.  I think it's the tarragon, but watch out for the garlic afterwards!   Better brush your teeth!
