Serving Size:   4

   2   teaspoons  paprika
     1/2  teaspoon  ground cumin
    1/4  teaspoon   ground cardamom

     1/2  teaspoon  ground ginger
     1/8  teaspoon  cayenne pepper
     1/4  cup  fat-free plain yogurt
  2   tablespoons  fresh lemon juice

  1   tablespoon  garlic powder

   1/2  teaspoon  salt

In a small bowl, blend  the  paprika, cumin, cardamom, ginger, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.  Add the remaining ingredients and stir together; blend well. Coat whatever type of meat you will be barbecuing with the sauce, and place the meat into a sealable plastic bag with the rest of the sauce.  Marinade for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Barbecue as you normally would.

Serving Ideas : Serve with Balsamic rice and warm bread

Notes :  This is an incredibly delicious sauce!  If you like your sauces a bit more spicy, up the cayenne in this one as it's more on the milder side. Use this sauce on poultry, pork, lamb or seafood.
