Serving Size:   4

1 cup fresh bread crumbs -- divided
16 ounces ground sirloin super lean 7% fat
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 large egg white -- slightly beaten
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce -- divided
1 package onion soup mix
1 teaspoon salt -- divided
1/2 teaspoon pepper -- divided
1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese -- shredded
3/4 cup lowfat Swiss cheese -- shredded
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons steak sauce

Preheat the oven to 350°.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the cheeses and mix until thoroughly blended.
Divide meat mixture into four equal parts. Pat all four parts into round flat patties - try and get them all the same size. On two of the patties put equal parts of both cheeses on each. Cover these two patties with the remaining patties, press and seal well. Form into oval shape loaves.

In a baking dish spray coated with a non-stick spray, place both loaves.
Bake for approx. 60 minutes or until brown.

Notes:   One of the best comfort foods I know. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and creamed corn, and gravy if you desire. This makes great leftover sandwiches the next day.
