Serving Size:  4  


   2   cups   fresh strawberries -- diced
   2   plum   tomatoes -- seeded and diced
   1   small  sweet onion -- diced
   1   small     lime
   2    cloves   minced garlic
     1/2  tablespoon  oil -- vegetable or olive


In a large bowl combine the strawberries, tomatoes, onions, garlic and oil.  Cut the lime in half and squeeze each half into the bowl; discard the rest.  Mix well; cover and chill for at least 2 hours.  



Serving Ideas : Serve over grilled poultry, pork or fish

Notes :   We tried this over chicken, and ran out quickly.  This is really unusual, but very good!
