1/2 cup fat-free sour
cream
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup regular sour cream
1/2 tablespoon minced
garlic
2 teaspoon chili powder
4 ounces green chile -- diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 dashes cayenne
3 whole chicken breast, no skin, no bone
(about 3 half-breasts)
6 each fat-free flour tortillas
soft taco size
1/4 head lettuce --
shredded
1 large tomato
6 ounces cheddar cheese, low fat
In a small pot, mix the sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, green chili, salt and
cayenne. Heat till the sauce is warm, cover and keep warm. Either broil, bake, boil
or grill the chicken. When cooled, dice. Fill the flour tortillas with the
chicken, spoon sauce on top and garnish with the lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Serving Ideas : Serve with low fat or nonfat tortillas chip
and salsa.
Notes : This recipe is full of delightful flavors, and even
though it has a light taste, it really fills you up.
