12 ounces macaroni -- cooked
Al Dante (slightly firm)
2 cups barbecue sauce
--your favorite kind
8 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese --
shredded
1 can cream of celery soup 98%
fat free
1 medium onion -- chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
1 pound ground turkey breast
Brown turkey till thoroughly cooked. Add all ingredients, only using 3/4 of the
cheese. Put in a lightly coated with non-stick spray casserole dish. Sprinkle the
rest of the cheese on top and bake at 325° for 45-60 minutes or until nice and golden
brown. Serve immediately.

Ideas : For added variety, try adding some vegetables.
