   3  pounds   Pork sirloin tip roast
   2   cans  cream of mushroom soup 98% fat free
     1/2  cup   skim milk
     1/2  teaspoon   garlic powder



  Spray coat a roasting pan with a non-stick spray.  Pre-heat the oven to 350° for 15 minutes.  Blend the mushroom soup and the milk.  Place the roast(s) in the pan and pour the mushroom mixture on top.  Bake for about 3 hours or until fork tender.  Use the mushroom gravy for the roast and potatoes if served.  

 

    Notes :   Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed veggies.  This is one of my husband's absolute favorites.
