  14    ounces  Polish Sausage fat free -- cut in halves, then  slice thinly
  16   ounces  pasta, your choice -- cook as directed on package
   2   cups  broccoli -- cut in small pieces and steamed - leave slightly crispy
     1/2  cup Parmesan cheese

  14   ounces  vegetable broth
   3    tablespoons cornstarch

   3   tablespoons  water
     1/8  teaspoon  pepper
     1/2  teaspoon  garlic powder


Mix the broth, pepper and the garlic.  Heat, then mix the cornstarch and water.  Use this to thicken the broth mixture.  Stir fry sausage in a pan using a non-stick spray till nice and brown.  Mix all ingredients together, adding the Parmesan cheese last.  Toss this in gently and serve .  

 

   Notes:  One of my favorites...very easy.  If you like spicier -add some more garlic and extra pepper.
You can also try another vegetable or bean instead of the broccoli such as kidney beans.
