1 1/2 cups fat-free mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 ounces Roquefort cheese -- crumbled
and mashed
In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together except for the Roquefort until smooth; then
stir in the Roquefort, salt and pepper to taste. Blend real well. Makes about
2 cups.
Serving Ideas : Serve over any and all greens, or use as a dip!
Notes : I am not a Roquefort lover, but this my Dears,
is just divine!
