16 ounces red potatoes -- the baby kind
1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
Clean the potatoes well, slice in half, place in a large bowl and mix all ingredients
well. Bake at 350° for approx. 35 minutes or until tender, crispy and golden brown.
Notes : Immensely easy, and incredibly
good. Goes with almost any meat dish
