1    can  Pillsbury Pizza Dough -- roll out and place in a lightly floured pan
3 ounces extra lean ham - Hillshire Farms is a good choice
  16   ounces   fat-free mozzarella cheese -- shredded

   3  ounces pepperoni - 75% reduced fat
5    ounces  fat-free mozzarella string cheese
1 can pineapple chunks in own juice

   1   Tbs.  Parmesan cheese
   2   Tbs.  spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven as directed on pizza dough package.  After rolling out dough, cut in half one of the cheese sticks.  Place 1 stick on the shortest end - roll and fold.  Repeat on other side.  On the other two sides place 1 1/2 sticks and repeat procedure.  Spread the spaghetti sauce evenly over the dough.  Layer starting with half of the mozzarella cheese, ham, pepperoni, the other half of the mozzarella cheese, the pineapple and top with the parmesan cheese.  Bake for about 15 minutes, and broil for additional browness if desired.   Cool for about 5 minutes.  Cut and serve.

Notes :  Every Friday is pizza night at our house, and I am always looking for new ways to enjoy it.  This is one of our favorites.  Do as stuffed crust or not-both are great!
