can Pillsbury Pizza Dough -- roll out and place in a lightly floured pan
3 ounces extra lean ham - Hillshire Farms is a good
choice
16 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese -- shredded
3 ounces pepperoni - 75% reduced fat
5 ounces fat-free mozzarella string cheese
1 can pineapple chunks in own juice
1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven as directed on pizza dough package. After rolling out dough, cut
in half one of the cheese sticks. Place 1 stick on the shortest end - roll and
fold. Repeat on other side. On the other two sides place 1 1/2 sticks and
repeat procedure. Spread the spaghetti sauce evenly over the dough. Layer
starting with half of the mozzarella cheese, ham, pepperoni, the other half of the
mozzarella cheese, the pineapple and top with the parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15
minutes, and broil for additional browness if desired. Cool for about 5
minutes. Cut and serve.
Notes : Every Friday is pizza night at our house, and I
am always looking for new ways to enjoy it. This is one of our favorites. Do
as stuffed crust or not-both are great!
