1/3 cup dry
bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parmesan
cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
1 tablespoon imitation
margarine -- melted
Non-stick cooking
spray
lemon wedges
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large plastic bag; set aside. Brush the
scallops with the margarine; add scallops to the bag; seal, shake to coat. Place scallops
on a broiler pan coated with the spray; broil for about 10 minutes or until done.
Serve with the lemon wedges.
