5 each chicken breast
halves without skin
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup bread
crumbs -- dry
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup 99% egg
substitute
4 teaspoons light butter or margarine (60 calorie version)
Combine the egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. In a bag put the Parmesan cheese,
salt and the bread crumbs. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and toss until
well coated in the bag. Bake on a non stick baking sheet at 375° for 35
minutes. Lightly spray top of chicken with cooking spray and broil until
brown. Do not over cook and let get dry! Top each with a teaspoon of butter
and spread.
