     2   cups   fat-free mayonnaise
   1 1/4  cups  fat-free Italian Parmesan salad dressing
     1/4  cup  parmesan cheese

     1/4  cup   poppy seeds
    1/2  teaspoon   pepper  
    1/8  teaspoon  salt


In a small bowl wisk together the mayo and Italian dressing.  Stir in the Parmesan, poppy seeds, pepper and salt until smooth, add some artificial sweetner if too tangy.
Cover and chill.



  Notes:  Parmesan, poppy seeds and fresh vegetables...oh please give me more!
