mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups fat-free Italian Parmesan salad
dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl wisk together the mayo and Italian dressing. Stir in the
Parmesan, poppy seeds, pepper and salt until smooth, add some artificial sweetner if too
tangy.
Cover and chill.
