14 ounces pasta - dry -- cook as
directed
1/2 cup onion -- minced
2 small tomato -- diced
1 large cucumber -- diced
2 stalks celery -- diced
1 medium yellow pepper -- diced
1 cup broccoli flowerets
Dressing
2 cups nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
8 dashes cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 packets artificial sweetener
Follow the package direction for the pasta. Rinse. Cut all the
vegetables and put the pasta and veggies into a large bowl. Combine all the dressing
ingredients in another bowl, then blend into the pasta mixture. Chill for at least 2
hours.
Serving Ideas : Try serving with the Marinated London Broil
on a hot day!
Notes : This is the same dressing recipe that is used
for salads. For a great entree, add diced, cooked chicken!
