Serving Size:  6  


   1   cup   fat-free mayonnaise
   2   teaspoons  lowfat creamy peanut butter
   1   cup   celery -- chopped     (about 3 stalks)
     1/2  cup   sweet onions -- minced

     1/2  tablespoon  prepared mustard
   1   teaspoon  poppy seeds
     1/4  teaspoon   salt
   5   boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cooked & cubed
     1/2  cup   cashews, dry-roasted -- pieces


  In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, celery, onions, mustard, poppy seeds, salt, peanut butter and cashews.  Fold in the chicken.  Cover and chill for 3-4 hours.


  Serving Ideas : Serve on Squaw or a nutty sweet bread

Notes :   If you like peanuts the way I do, you are gonna love this!  An twisted kid version of plain old chicken salad.
