Granny Smith apple -- peeled & diced
2 large
mangos -- firm-cut 1/4" diced
1 medium
onion -- chopped fine
4
cloves garlic -- minced
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
3 tablespoons lemon
juice (If too tangy, add 1 tablespoon sugar)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Can be made 3
days ahead. Must cover and chill.
