9 each lasagna noodles --
cooked only for 5 minutes
28 ounces lowfat garlic flavored spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground turkey
breast -- cooked till browned
16 ounces lowfat mozzarella cheese --
shredded
1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
6 teaspoons Parmesan
cheese
In a lightly non-stick sprayed baking dish, put a very thin layer of sauce on the
bottom of dish. Layer with three noodles, all the ricotta cheese, 1/3 sauce, and 1/3
of mozzarella cheese. Next layer three more noodles, all of turkey, 1/3 sauce &
1/3 Mozzarella cheese. The last layer is rest of noodles, mozzarella cheese, and
sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake uncovered at 350° for about 35-45
minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let sit for about 10 minutes before
cutting.
Serving Ideas
: Warm Focaccia bread and a green salad.
Notes : If you didn't know any better, you'd never be able to
tell that this is a healthy version. Kids just love this!
