
3 cups macaroni --
cooked as directed
1/2 cup onion -- diced
1 large tomato -- diced
2 stalks celery --
chopped
1 large cucumber -- coarsely chopped
1/2 each red pepper -- chopped
1 1/4 cups fat free Italian Parmesan
Dressing
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Cook the macaroni as directed....I prefer al dente; rinse well and transfer to a
large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill.
Serving Ideas : Serve at a Bar-B-Q
Notes : This is a great summer salad, and good for
cook-outs!
