
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water, divided
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup green pepper --
minced
1 each green onion --
minced
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 package artificial
sweetener
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- chopped
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Blend the cornstarch with 1/8 cup water to form a paste. Bring the rest of
the water to a boil, and stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cool. Stir in the rest of
the ingredients. Blend, pour into a container, cover and chill. Can be stored
for up to 1 week for best flavor.
Serving Ideas : Serve on, what else? Salad, silly!
Notes: A lot different from the bottle kind, but pretty darn
good.
