2 slices whole wheat bread
3 slices fat free cheddar cheese
slices
2 dill pickles, sliced
Non-stick cooking spray
Spray lightly on both sides of the bread you will fry on, lightly with a nonstick cooking
spray. Place the cheese and pickles on the bread, and grill in a skillet on a medium
heat for about 5 minutes on both sides, or until golden brown.
Serving Ideas : I like to serve with dill pickles and tomato
soup
Notes : It really is remarkable how you just don't miss that
grease with this. Try different flavored cheeses for change.
