
1/4 cup green onion
-- coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fat-free
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces fat-free sour cream
1/2 packet artificial sweetener
Combine the green onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, pepper and garlic powder in
a blender or food processor. Blend until onion is finely chopped. Transfer to
another bowl, and stir in the sour cream and sweetener. Chill. Can be stored
in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
