   2   cups   all purpose flour
   2   teaspoons  baking powder
     1/2  teaspoon   salt
     1/4  teaspoon  baking soda
   1 1/2  tablespoons fat-free yogurt
     1/2  cup   green onion -- finely chopped
   1  cup  low fat buttermilk
   Non-stick cooking spray  

 


Preheat oven to 375°. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; mix in the yogurt - it should resemble a course meal.  Stir in green onions.  Add the buttermilk, stirring just until the flour is moist. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoons onto a spray coated baking sheet.  Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
