12 ounces dry pasta -- prepared
as directed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup fat-free liquid non-dairy
creamer
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Prepare the pasta as directed on package. In the meantime, mix all ingredients
together except for the cornstarch and water. Heat thoroughly. Mix
together the cornstarch and water, and thicken the soy mixture. Toss the thickened
soy mixture with the drained pasta. Serve immediately.
Notes : Very fast, very easy. This makes an
excellent side dish. For variety add chicken, beef, vegetables or all the above for
a complete meal!
