1 whole Oreo pie crust
1 package (2.1 oz) Jello
fat-free / sugar free instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups skim milk
8 ounces whipped topping fat free -- thawed in refrig
In a medium bowl, mix the skim milk and pudding with mixer set on medium for 2
minutes. Fold in gently an 8 ounce container of the whipped topping. Pour into the shell.
Cover. Freeze until solid; about 2-3 hours. Top with additional whipped cream.
Notes : Light and airy and full of chocolate
flavor. It's like having fluffy ice cream!
