2 cups fat-free
liquid non-dairy creamer
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon fresh chives
2 ounces provolone cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan
cheese
1/4 cup Romano cheese
5 ounces smoked salmon --
thinly sliced
12 ounces pasta - dry -- cook
al dente (firm)
In a saucepan, mix in the first four ingredients to near boiling. While that
is heating, cook the pasta; drain and place back in the pot; cover and keep warm. When the
sauce is near boiling, reduce the heat and add the cheeses, stirring constantly for
several minutes until well blended. Pour the sauce over the pasta; add the salmon and toss
gently. Garnish with chives and serve.
