25 ounces ham steaks
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3-5 dashes cayenne
Mix the syrup, mustard and cayenne together and brush each side of the
steaks. Barbecue over hot coals.
Notes: Ham, Dijon mustard and maple syrup....my
husband's three favorites....he loved this, and so did I.
