Serving Size  : 4


    12  ounces   fat free ham
   2   each    dill pickles -- minced
   4    dashes   Tabasco sauce -- (or more if desired)
   3    tablespoons  onion -- minced (optional)


Process the ham in a food processor until minced very fine.  If you don't have one, make sure to mince it extremely well.  Mix all ingredients together and  chill overnight.



  Serving Ideas : Serve on favorite bread or crackers

Notes :   Very easy, and really good.  I happen to like this on crackers.  It can make a nice appetizer too.  You can opt for more Tabasco for an even fiery taste, or none at all if you have weak taste buds.
