
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large tomato -- cut
in chunks
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

package artificial sweetener
In a small saucepan cook the curry powder, ketchup and oil over a moderate heat
until the mixture begins to boil. Cook mixture, stirring 1 minute; stir in the
remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring, until smooth..about 10 minutes. Makes
about 1 cup.
Serving Ideas : Serve over barbecued lamb, chicken or
fish
