
1 large cucumber -- seeded
& chopped
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon fresh dill --
minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. You can serve immediately or chill and use
later. If you chill for later, omit the salt and add that at the last minute as it
can wilt the cucumbers.
Serving Ideas : Serve over cold, hot or warm grilled chicken
