
4 medium russet potatoes -- cut
in large wedges
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, and cut into wedges leaving the skins on, pat
dry. In a large bowl put the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients
in. Toss very well, till all the potatoes are coated.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 425° for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are
golden brown and cooked through, turning once.
Serving Ideas : This goes great with the Fabulous French Dip
