Serving Size  : 8


   3    cups    cranberries -- fresh or frozen
     1/2  cup    maple syrup
     1/2  cup    honey
     1/4  cup   cider vinegar
     1/2  teaspoon  ground allspice


  Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil and mash; reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.  Serve warm.


  Serving Ideas : Serve over grilled ham steaks or as a glaze for chicken.

Notes:  Don't wait for Christmas to try this!
