2 bananas
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
2 cups ice
1 packet sugar substitute
2 tablespoons cocoa -- (dry)
Put all ingredients in a blender except for the ice and blend till smooth. Add the
ice slowly bit by bit until all ice is crushed and all ingredients are well blended.
NOTES : The perfect breakfast drink that gives it all, and
if you want more power, add some protein powder.
