    25   pieces   Rosetto Chicken Ravioli -- Cook as directed

Sauce

   1 1/2  cups  fat-free liquid non-dairy creamer
     1/2  cup    Parmesan cheese -- fresh grated
   2    tsp.   dry chicken broth mix or 2 chicken boullion cubes
  2      tsp.   freeze-dried parsley
 
  2   tsp.   garlic powder

   2    tablespoons  lemon juice  
  3    tablespoons  cornstarch

   3   tablespoons  water

  While you heat up the water for the ravioli, prepare the sauce.  Mix all the ingredients except for the cornstarch, water, ravioli, and Parmesan Cheese together, and heat to near boiling.  Make a paste with the cornstarch and water, and use this to thicken the sauce.  Add the Parmesan Cheese slowly, and stir for about 5-7 minutes until well blended.  Your sauce will not be completely smooth, and this is how it will turn out. Continue to finish cooking the ravioli, and spoon an even amount of the sauce  over each serving.


  Serving Ideas : Serve with some crispy French bread and steamed veggies.

Notes :  Truly a gourmet delight.  This makes a very romantic dinner too!
