1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic --
minced
Mix 2 teaspoons of the pineapple juice with the cornstarch. Set aside.
Combine the remaining juice and ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in
the cornstarch; stir until the mixture is slightly thickened. Serve warm with
poultry or seafood.
Serving Ideas : Great on Bar-B-Q'd shrimp or chicken
Notes : I also used this as a marinade. If you do,
marinate the chicken or fish for at least 15 minutes in the sauce when it is still warm.
