2 cups mixed salad greens -- torn
2 each
green onions -- chopped
1/2 medium red bell
pepper -- chopped
2 tablespoons
slivered almonds
3 ounces boneless skinless
chicken breasts -- cooked & cubed
You can cook the chicken any way you prefer. In the summer, I love mine
grilled. Combine and toss all the ingredients. Serve with my Creamy Oriental
Salad Dressing.
