2 tablespoons garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Preheat the oven to 350° and line a shallow baking pan with foil. In a small bowl whisk together hoisin sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Put the pork in the baking pan and coat with the sauce mixture. Roast the pork in the middle of the oven 1 1/2 hours, or until a meat thermometer in center registers 160°. Cool the pork completely in the pan.
For the sauce:
In a small bowl stir together the sauce ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Transfer the pork to a cutting board and at an angle cut the meat across the grain into thin slices. Arrange the pork overlapping slightly each other; pour the sauce over the pork.
