After cooking the turkey, add the rest of the ingredients and the turkey in a large pot
except for the macaroni. Heat thoroughly, then add the noodles. Mix
well. Garnish with fat free sour cream, onions and lite cheddar cheese.
Notes: Kids especially love this, but don't let that fool you.....the big people do too!
