Serving Size:  2

     6     ounces   top sirloin steak -- sliced into thin strips
   5    ounces   water chestnuts -- sliced and chopped
   1     cup      broccoli florets -- fresh and in small  pieces
   2 servings long grain rice
   2  Tbs.   teriyaki sauce
4 ounces  stir fry sauce


In a heavy skillet or wok, lightly coat with a non-stick spray.  Over med-high heat, get wok hot.  Add teriyaki sauce and sirloin.  Cook until meat is cooked medium.  Take out of the pan, put to the side.  Add vegetables and cook until hot and slightly crispy ( you may need to add a bit more sauce). Add all ingredients except for the rice and  stir fry sauce.  Add some water or a bit more sauce to keep from sticking.  When heated thoroughly, add stir fry sauce and mix well.  Serve immediately over the hot rice.  


Notes :  A perfect dinner for two, and so easy to make.
