4 cups boneless skinless chicken
breasts -- cooked and cubed
1 cup celery -- chopped
3/4 cup green onions --
sliced
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 packet artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
11 ounces mandarin oranges
1/2 cup slivered almonds
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery and onions. In another bowl,
combine the next 9 ingredients plus the almonds. Pour over the chicken mixture and
blend well. Gently fold in the mandarin oranges. Cover and chill for at least
2 hours.
Serving Ideas : Serve on a bed of lettuce or on bread, either
is great!
