Serving Size:   6

2 1/2  cups  fresh orange juice
   3   tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
   2   tablespoons  fresh lime juice
     1/2  packet  artificial  sweetener

3/4  cup   soy sauce (You can use low sodium if desired)
   1   tablespoon  balsamic vinegar
1/3  cup   fresh ginger root -- peeled & chopped
2   tablespoons  sesame seeds or sunflower seeds

In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except for the sesame seeds.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.  Pour the sauce through a fine sieve or use a cheese cloth into a bowl.  Add the sesame seeds and mix.  You can make this several days ahead, just cover and chill.  Make sure to reheat before serving.

Serving Ideas : Great for fish, chicken and beef marinades or poured on top.  I have marinated beef for about 4 hours and it was delicious.

Notes :   This is really good for Bar-B-Q'd meats.  If you want it thicker, just make a cornstarch paste and add to the hot mixture, stirring till smooth and thick.
