Notes : You would think with all the garlic and chili that is
being used that this would knock your socks off....not so. The flavors blend so
well, and they become more subtle after cooking. This is a wonderful recipe. Beef is always higher in fat, so make your meal leaner by adding lots of
veggies, and plan a lower fat day to enjoy without guilt.
